About

Indigo Tower started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots of wave patterns and arguing about tower placement. At some point we decided to stop losing those notes and put them somewhere public. That somewhere became this site.

We cover mobile strategy and tower defence first and foremost, but we don't ignore a good RPG, racer or adventure when it crosses our screens. Every game gets played on an ordinary phone, not a testing rig, because that's how you'll play it too.,We pick games by curiosity more than by charts. If a title has an interesting idea, a clever defence loop, or just feels good in the hand, it earns a slot. We spend several sessions with each one before writing anything, and we go back if an update changes the balance.,Nobody here gets paid to be nice about a game. When something drags or a control scheme fights us, we say so. The goal is simple: help you decide whether a game is worth an evening before you commit to it.,We're a small team and we like it that way. It keeps opinions personal and lets us reply when readers write in.

Marek Novák — Marek has been building and dismantling tower defence layouts since flash games were a thing. He edits the site, argues about difficulty curves, and still can't beat wave 40 on nightmare.
